Neighborhood Services Organization received aid from the Woodworth Endowment to purchase iPads for use by staff. These iPads allow housing staff to work more closely with clients while ensuring they have accurate data entry.
Before the iPads, the staff would have to sit behind a computer, separated from the client, and gather information. For most of our clients, this feels very cold and remote. Or, they would gather the information in a paper format, then enter it electronically when the staff member has time. This takes away time from the clients and delays data entry, creating errors.
Now, they can gather the needed information easily while focusing on the client.
